What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone) for the service; viewing activity (titles, minutes, device) to deliver the service and allocate revenue to filmmakers; for producers, PAN and bank details for verification, payouts, and TDS. Payment card data is handled by our payment providers — we never store card numbers.

What we don't do

We don't sell personal data and don't run third-party ad trackers. We don't store Aadhaar numbers or KYC documents — verification runs through a licensed provider that returns only a result.

Sharing

Only with processors that make Fita work (streaming/DRM, payments, KYC verification, hosting, email), each bound to our instructions — and with authorities where legally required.

Your rights

Access, correct, or delete your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to privacy@watchfita.com. Deleting your account removes personal data except records we must retain under tax law (8 years for financial records).

Security

Encryption in transit and at rest; role-restricted access; per-account stream watermarking for piracy prevention. Breaches are notified as the DPDP Act requires.
